TeleAdapt

Transformed an OEM aftermarket hub from fragmented and chaotic to a high-performing fulfillment function. SAP issues, inbound bottlenecks, and fulfilment breakdowns were replaced with daily discipline, rebuilt flows, and smarter inventory logic. Fulfilment soared passed 90%. Perfect for operations leaders stuck blaming tech. Process design and execution were the true blocks.

Homebase

One of the UK’s largest DIY and home décor retailers hit a $70M peak-season promotion failure. As part of a consulting team, we reengineered their network without expanding it — removing remotes, recalibrating cube logic, and restoring fulfilment control. The result? Faster flows, leaner inventory, and $100M freed in working capital.

GFS Small Deliveries Program

Redesigned transportation network for small order fulfillment across Canada’s largest foodservice distributor. Introduced cube-based routing logic, enabling 50 SDVs to replace 100+ TT routes. Built for national scale, the model halved stop costs and unlocked $20M in projected savings — without compromising service or geographical coverage.

Maxim Logistics

An established 3PL, was losing $125K/month with an overwhelmed site and chaotic customer mix. Gary stepped in, exited 80% of clients, rebuilt the layout and leadership, and flipped the business to profit in 90 days. Strategically, Maxim Logistics became a national leader in bakery logistics.

Sony UK

An outsourced logistics operation with a major household brand collapsed 48 hours into go-live exposing operational and design flaws. Gary recovered service, stabilised operations, and led the design of a new, fit-for-purpose DC. The result: $10M+ in value unlocked, full fulfilment control restored, and a clean exit from an underperforming 3PL campus.

RCS Logistics

A third-party logistics operator in the CPG/brand space was spiralling out of control, bleeding cash from a key contract hiding other inefficiencies, had disjointed warehouses, and without strategy. Gary took over as Interim COO, rebuilt the operating model, cut waste, and delivered a $2.5M profit turnaround in just six months.

AAH Intergen Berkeley

A $25M personal care manufacturer financially collapsed into a monthly $2M loss just before year-end. Gary stepped in as Interim COO to stabilise operations, restore profitability, and prevent a $10M shutdown cost. Within five months, the business was sold at full value — no cuts, no chaos, no capital injection.
